What is available, what has a limit, what is planned

We would rather give you a page you can check than a list of promises. Here is the real status of every HygieSys capability, by area, together with its limits. This page is dated and updated whenever the product moves on.

Updated: October 2026. HygieSys is a young platform: several capabilities are still being consolidated, and we say so here rather than elsewhere.

"Available": usable today. "Partial": usable with a limit, stated. "Planned": on the roadmap, not here yet.

  • Role-based separation of rights

    Rights are checked server-side, not merely hidden on screen; refusals and cross-organisation access attempts are logged.

  • Separate space per establishment

    Enforced server-side at the organisation level. Some lookup-by-identifier cases and access to uploaded files are being fixed (October 2026 review); to be validated on your own scope before any pooling.

  • Document assistant

    Documents & quality

    Answers from the establishment's own documents and declines when it has no source. A document can currently be approved by its own author: plan for a separate review.

  • Carbon footprint

    Environment & CSR

    Calculated from data already entered, with no duplicate entry. The default emission factors are not all Tunisian; to be configured to match your scope.

  • Waste register and consignment notes

    Internal register and consignment notes available, currently modelled on the French framework (Trackdéchets connector). The Tunisian format and chain of custody (ANGed, Decree 2008-2745) are a deliverable of the integration project.

  • Infection surveillance (HAI)

    Rule-based detection on signals entered or imported, with a traced review. The indicators are currently counts; the denominators, standard case definitions and laboratory interfacing are to be built per site.

  • Multi-establishment console

  • Arabic and English interface

  • Log of sensitive actions

    Actions are logged. Sign-in recording and tamper-proofing by design are in progress; we do not write "tamper-proof" until that is the case.

  • AI analysis in sovereign mode

    The analysis can run locally. The default path currently uses an external provider; sovereign mode exists as a fallback and must be enforced by configuration before it is presented as a commitment.

  • Certified hosting for health data

    HygieSys can be hosted in Tunisia. No hosting certification (such as HDS) is held to date; it is to be contracted with the hosting provider.
